We’ll discuss the basics of smart factories, automation, and going digital. You’ll also learn about Industry 4.0; real-world uses for IoT, AI, and robotics; and leave with new ideas about how you can get started or advance your company’s technical capabilities.
Meet the Speaker!
Don Bolton, Business Advisor, MANTEC
Don Bolton joined MANTEC in 2020 as a Business Advisor specializing in Manufacturing Technology. He joins MANTEC with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the manufacturing and technology field. Don recently moved from Michigan where he was a design and process engineer serving clients such as General Motors, Chrysler, Kuka, and Comau. Prior to that, Don was a welder fabricator for 12 years for clients such as TTX, Cannon Truck Equipment, and the DOD.
In his role at MANTEC, he leverages his experiences to aide manufacturers in assessing their technology needs and integrating advanced solutions.
Don moved to the Dallastown area in June 2020 and enjoys hiking, tinkering in the garage, and traveling. Having visited 30 out of 50 of our great states he plans on finishing this list, “as soon as I can find something to do in Idaho and Vermont.”
