“The People Component: How to Build an Intentional Culture, Define Roles, and Create Accountability”. We are going to take a deeper dive into the “People Component” of EOS® to explore:
- The proper organizational structure for your unique business
- Using your core values as a tool to put the right people in your organization and drive an “intentional culture”
- Driving your culture by ensuring you have people who “get, want, and have the capacity” to perform the role(s) they are assigned and ensure good outcomes
Meet the Speaker: Bill Stratton
Bill Stratton spent over 30 years in leadership roles for growth-oriented entrepreneurial manufacturing businesses in Central PA, including one we grew from $13 million to over $100 million in revenue, and transitioned from a national to a global player.
More recently, he led a 90-year-old family-owned manufacturing business in a turnaround situation. He stopped the bleeding, and they resumed revenue growth. However, Bill felt they still lacked the accountability and rhythm needed for long term sustainable growth. He learned about the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) through his Vistage group, engaged a Certified EOS Implementer, and started the company on its EOS implementation journey. They enjoyed great success including initiating a business model change and establishing a new division, a direct outcome of their EOS journey. Today, six years later, the business is thriving.
Bill saw first-hand how powerful EOS can be in transforming a Leadership Team and an entire organization and fell in love with the process. Since 2018, he has been dedicating his time as a Certified EOS Implementer™ helping over 40 business owners (including manufacturers) and their teams get what they want from their businesses and live better lives. He has completed over 335 client session days.
