Jon Sanchez, CEO of Team Performance Institute

Jon Sanchez is a former Navy SEAL and the current CEO of Team Performance Institute (TPI.) After excelling at the U.S. Naval Academy, he served as a platoon commander in the Middle East and Africa. In 2016, he founded TPI to pursue his passion for leadership development. He is also a sought-after speaker and executive coach, who also supports non-profits like Joseph House and Anthony Munoz Foundation.
