Meet the speakers:

Andy Stanley

Best-selling author and communicator Andy Stanley brings clarity to complex cultural issues using a communication style built on helping people live life with fewer regrets through practical applications. Andy founded North Point Ministries (NPM) in Atlanta in 1995. NPM has since grown to eight church campuses in metro Atlanta and a network of nearly 180 churches around the globe, serving hundreds of thousands of people. As the host of Your Move with Andy Stanley, Andy’s culturally relevant insights on life, faith, success, and relationships are broadcasted nationwide and are available globally online. Millions of his messages are consumed monthly through television, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital mediums, underscoring his impact not only as a communicator but also as an influencer of culture.


Dominique Dawes

Owner of the Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academies, Dominique opened the gyms to continue her commitment to developing a healthy and compassionate culture in the sport of gymnastics. Her first academy opened in the midst of a global pandemic, July 2020 and her second location opened in 2023. Dawes also holds minority ownership of the Washington Spirit of the National Women’s Soccer League, and served as the co-chair of the President’s Council for Fitness, Sports and Nutrition under the Obama administration alongside Drew Brees. Alongside LeBron James and Maverick Carter, she recently served as Executive Producer of the Peacock docu-series “Golden”, the journey of USA’s elite gymnasts on the road to the Tokyo Olympics, which has been nominated for a Sports Emmy.


Afterburner, Bobbi & Christian

Bobbi Doorenbos is a seasoned leader with nearly 25 years of distinguished military service and extensive experience in various leadership positions. She joined Afterburner in 2004 and has spent nearly two decades sharing the Flawless Execution model with numerous Fortune 500 and 100 organizations. In her military career, Bobbi served in leadership roles at the White House, Headquarters Air Force, and National Guard Bureau. She held positions such as Special Assistant to Vice-President Biden for Defense Policy and Intelligence Programs and Military Deputy for Air Force Training and Readiness. She also served as the Wing Commander of the 188th Wing, overseeing the transition from the A-10 Warthog to the MQ-9 Reaper and Intelligence Analysis and Targeting missions.

Christian ‘Boo’ Boucousis, a dynamic keynote speaker renowned for his expertise in human behavior and organizational performance. With an outstanding track record of over 1,000 five-star Google reviews, Boo has solidified his position as a leading authority in his field. Boo has graced prestigious stages worldwide, captivating audiences at renowned companies like Google, Pfizer, and Microsoft, as well as influential organizations including NGOs and the UN. His mission is to ignite a fresh wave of thinking among individuals, empowering them to embrace new perspectives and unleash their full potential. He firmly believes that even the boldest aspirations are within reach when fuelled by the right mindset.


Hal Elrod

Hal Elrod is a family man, first and foremost. He is a loyal husband to his wife of 14 years and a dedicated father to their two children. He has also lived a life that would break most people. At 8 years old, his sister died in front of him. At 20, a drunk driver hit his car head-on at 70 miles per hour, and he was found dead at the scene. At 29, his business failed, and he found himself drowning in half a million dollars of debt. At 37, he nearly died again when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and given a 20-30% chance of surviving. Yet, he’s found a way to turn all his adversities into perspectives and practices that have helped millions of people transform their lives.
