Description

Rethinking Culture: How HR Can Shape the Conditions for Better Work

Communication, collaboration, engagement, and performance do not improve by accident. They are shaped by the relationships, routines, and work environment people experience every day.

In this interactive HR Roundtable, Bryan Miller will guide a practical conversation on how HR professionals can help organizations improve results by strengthening how people work together. Participants will explore where work often breaks down, what may be underneath common people and performance challenges, and how HR can play a more strategic role in shaping the conditions for better work.

This discussion-driven session will offer useful insights and practical ideas HR leaders can apply to support talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and stronger workplace performance.
