Employee retention is no longer optional; it is a strategic business imperative in today’s labor market. This roundtable explores how people data can significantly improve profitability by driving stronger retention outcomes.

Participants will discover five practical, data-backed strategies to boost retention and walk through a simple tool for calculating the true cost of turnover. Attendees will also hear directly from peers about the number one reason employees leave their organizations.

This highly interactive session features two audience-driven exercises. Through a real-world case study, participants will examine the impact of people data and learn how to avoid ruinous employee feedback. In addition, each attendee will receive a personalized behavioral assessment and reflect on how their strongest drives have contributed to past business success—and how to intentionally replicate that success going forward.


Meet the Facilitator: Mark Johnson, PI Midatlantic

Mark Johnson is a certified Predictive Index specialist. His PI clients include manufacturers, financial companies, transportation companies and non-profits. He helps clients get the right people in the right seat, build high performing teams and helps managers become the kind of managers people want to work for.
