What to Expect!
Today’s workforce is comprised of several generations and managers must navigate the unique perspectives, values, and expectations of multiple generations. This fun and interactive presentation will explore key differences between Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, highlighting their preferences for communication, their key motivators, and how they resolve conflict. Employers will learn ways to work with each generation to assist in minimizing conflict, improving morale, and recruiting and retaining top talent.
Meet the Speaker: Rachel Sellers, HR Consultant at Hubric Resources
Rachel graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources in multiple industries. Rachel joined the team at Hubric Resources in September of 2021 and serves as an HR Consultant.
Rachel is a seasoned HR Generalist who also has experience in billing and payroll. Rachel has her Professional in Human Resources Certification that she completed in July 2021. Areas of HR that Rachel enjoys are Recruitment, Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, and Workers' Compensation. Rachel is dedicated to helping people and is focused on being a consultant with customer service at the forefront.
Rachel lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband John, two daughters, Elsie and Alana, and her German Shepard/ Husky Mix, Bruce. She loves quality time with them, whether it’s trips to the park, trying a new restaurant, or visiting with friends and family. Her guilty pleasures are ice cream and the Bachelor series.
