In this interactive HR Roundtable, we’ll explore how workplace culture directly shapes your reputation in the talent marketplace and how to make sure that what’s promised aligns with what’s actually experienced.

We’ll share current challenges and successes, and dive into questions like:

Leslie Wireback, 

Leslie Wireback is on a mission to help people love where they work—and how they work together. Whether she’s on stage, in a boardroom, or coaching one-on-one, Leslie brings energy, insight, and just the right amount of real talk to spark change that sticks.

With over 20 years of experience in HR—from solo practitioner to Chief Human Resources Officer—Leslie knows what makes workplaces tick and what makes them toxic. Her superpower? Helping leaders build cultures where people feel seen, heard, and inspired to bring their best.

Leslie holds a BS in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Millersville University. She is a Newfield Certified Coach.
