Tuesday, October 20, 2026 (8:00 AM - 9:30 AM) (EDT)
Description
Creating an AI Policy
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming part of the workplace, making it more important than ever for organizations to establish clear expectations around its use. In the Lancaster Chamber's recent Pulse Survey, developing an AI policy emerged as one of the top priorities for professionals, highlighting the growing need for guidance in this evolving area.
Join us for this HR Roundtable as we explore the fundamentals of creating an effective AI policy. We'll discuss what an AI policy is, why every organization should have one, key legal and compliance considerations, and the essential components of building a policy that supports both innovation and responsible use. Whether your organization is just beginning the conversation or looking to strengthen existing guidelines, you'll leave with practical insights and a framework to help move your AI policy forward.
