Come and host a table at the Discovering Paths Mentoring Program - HEALTHCARE & HUMAN SERVICES DAY!

We’re looking for organizations in healthcare and human services, including hospitals, doctor and dentist offices, specialty care providers, rehabilitation centers, mental health services, senior living and retirement communities, public health organizations, and nonprofits focused on wellness and social services. Showcase your organization, share career opportunities, and connect with high school juniors as they explore future career pathways. This is a job fair style program, and will be part of a rotation throughout the morning activity.

By participating, you’re not only introducing students to the possibilities within your industry—you’re also giving back to our community by helping young people build confidence, discover their strengths, and envision a future here in Lancaster. Your presence makes a lasting impact, showing students that local employers care about their growth and success.

What to Bring
Employers are encouraged to bring a tablecloth, branded materials, recruitment information, and - if possible - interactive or hands-on elements that help students better understand your field. Through informal conversations and engaging displays, you’ll inspire students, broaden their awareness of career options, and highlight your company’s role in shaping Lancaster’s future workforce.

About Discovering Paths
Discovering Paths is the Lancaster Chamber’s yearlong career exploration and mentoring program designed to inspire, guide, and empower high school juniors as they consider their next steps after graduation. Each student is paired one-on-one with a local professional mentor and participates in events that provide career exposure, skill-building, and meaningful connections with Lancaster’s business community.
