Greg Esh Director of Human Resources and Safety
With more than 20 years in the manufacturing industry and 11 years at Goodhart Sons, Greg leads the company’s human resources and safety initiatives. His experience spans workforce development, employee relations, and cultivating a culture where people feel valued and engaged. Greg is passionate about building environments where knowledge is shared across generations, believing that a healthy culture is essential to sustaining both people and performance.

Amanda Kuenzli Fabrication Administrative Assistant / Recruitment Specialist
With 10 years in the fabrication industry and more than 20 years of customer service experience, Amanda brings a diverse background spanning clerical support, purchasing, truck dispatching, and recruiting. For the past five years at Goodhart Sons, she has supported daily operations within the fabrication department, and has recently become involved with recruiting and connecting great people to meaningful work. Amanda is passionate about building and sustaining a strong company culture that fosters collaboration, belonging, and purpose across all levels of the organization.

Heather Long Director of Business Development and Marketing
With six years in the fabrication industry and a broader background in sales and strategy, Heather leads Goodhart Sons’ business development and marketing efforts. She focuses on driving growth, innovation, and visibility, both for the company and the industry. Heather believes marketing is a powerful tool to showcase values, attract the next generation of skilled talent, and build lasting relationships with customers and partners. Her passion lies in advancing the trades, strengthening company culture, and ensuring every initiative reflects Goodhart Sons’ commitment to our people, quality, and community.
