Jane Flemming brings over 30 years of expertise in developing and leading strategic, results-driven marketing campaigns across diverse industries and markets. She has successfully led three advertising agencies and overseen a broad portfolio of local, regional, national, and international clients, including iconic brands such as Perdue Farms, Goya Foods, IHOP, NatureSweet, JBS Foods, Sheetz, Harrisburg International Airport, The Episcopal Church Foundation, and the Milton Hershey School, among many others. Her work spans sectors from food and agriculture to education, healthcare, and the arts.

In her current role as Chief Client Officer at Donovan Advertising, Jane is a passionate champion of brand differentiation, guiding the agency in crafting innovative campaign strategies that generate measurable impact. With a deep understanding of today’s dynamic marketing landscape, she helps clients stand out in crowded markets, building strong, authentic brands that connect with audiences and drive growth.
