Practical Considerations for Managing Remote, In-Person, & Hybrid Work Models

In this session with UGI and McNees, Wallace & Nurick, we will explore best practices, tips, and practical advice for managing workplace challenges that arise across in-person, hybrid, and remote workforces. One such example is an employer's approach to workplace injuries and workers' compensation. Our discussion will include practical considerations for human resources policy development, prioritizing safety, and supporting efficient recovery and return to work.
