Ruby blends psychological insight with practical strategies, fostering empathetic, resilient, and efficient environments. Her mission is to create a world where leadership is rooted in empathy, advocacy, and innovation, empowering individuals, teams, and communities with dignity and respect.

Jennifer Diaz, Executive Director of Leadership Lancaster

Jennifer Diaz is the Executive Director of Leadership Lancaster, with three decades of nonprofit leadership experience. A storyteller and motivational speaker, she helps leaders uncover their purpose and potential. Whether speaking to a business audience or facilitating a workshop, Jennifer inspires individuals to step into their next best version. She holds a social work degree, and her work aims to foster connection and empower communities. She runs on coffee, good conversation, and a deep commitment to creating non-awkward icebreakers.

Dan Sahd, Team Leader of Sahd Metal Recycling

Dan Sahd is the Team Leader at third generation family owned Sahd Metal Recycling in Columbia.  He aspires to grow employee engagement and career development from his team and a culture of sustainability in the community.  Sahd Metal Recycling serves the recycling needs of residential and industrial customers and specializes in a 24 hour turnaround rolloff service and upfront formula pricing for commercial customers.

Brandon Stanchock, CEO of SWF Industrial

I’m Brandon — CEO of SWF Industrial by day, Just Some BS Live host by lunch, Just Some BS Podcast host by night, and “Stay Weird” pretty much always.
