Meet the Panelists!
Peter West, CFO, Signature Custom Cabinetry
Peter West is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background that spans military service, executive leadership, and financial consultancy. Living in Lancaster since 1998, Peter has been an integral part of the community for over 26 years.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University and earned his MBA from Penn State Harrisburg. His early career was marked by nearly a decade of dedicated service in the Army, where he served as a UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot, spending seven years on Active Duty and an additional three years in the National Guard/Reserves.
After leaving the military in 1998, Peter transitioned into the corporate sector, spending a decade as the CEO/CFO of an Industrial Waste Recycling Facility in Lancaster. In 2008, he embarked on a new venture by establishing a successful contract CFO consulting business, which thrived for almost six years.
During his consulting years, Peter found himself at the intersection of finance and technology. A client with two small businesses he was advising was acquired by a technology company, leading Peter to assume a full-time CFO role for a Tech Venture Capital Company specializing in Medical Tech Startups.
Currently, Peter serves as the CFO for Signature Custom Cabinetry, Inc in Ephrata, PA, bringing his wealth of financial expertise to the dynamic world of custom cabinetry.
Outside of work, Peter is a dedicated family man, married with two daughters. His hobbies include maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts, enjoying a round of golf, exploring new trail hikes, and satisfying his curiosity through travel.
Melody Strayer, Co-Owner, Stray Production Services
Melody Strayer is the co-owner of Stray Production Services, a full-service event production and systems integration company based on the Rock Lititz Campus. Through her work in event design and project management, Melody has had the chance to collaborate on large scale events for brands like High, Webstaurant, Listrak, as well as nationally recognized celebrations like the Inaugural Ball for Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce Dinner. She and her husband reside in Lititz with their three daughters, three goats, and four chickens.

Robert "Teke" Drummond, the Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health
Teke Drummond is the Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where he is responsible for cultivating relations and creating innovative health services with community employers. His healthcare experiences as a clinician, educator, and administrator spans nearly three decades, and includes degrees from Juniata College, Hahnemann University, Lebanon Valley College, and University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He proudly serves our community on several boards including the Lancaster City Alliance, Y of the Roses, Central Penn Business Group on Health, Strasburg Youth Aid Panel, and Juniata College Alumni Council. In his private time, Teke cherishes his family and friends, whether dinner and a show in Lancaster, sailing on the Chesapeake, or simply tending a fire on the patio.
