Description

Aligning Community Investment with Business Strategy
Strong communities drive strong businesses. Strategic community investment, including thoughtful philanthropic efforts, can strengthen the talent pipeline, engage employees, enhance your brand, and support long-term growth.
In this session, led by the Lancaster County Community Foundation, we’ll explore the business case for giving back: how investing in your community creates real, measurable benefits for both your company and the broader ecosystem. Leaders will walk away with practical ideas for aligning community initiatives with business priorities and understanding the impact of their giving.
