Excellence Exchange: AI Governance and Guardrails

Tuesday, December 15, 2026 (8:00 AM - 9:30 AM) (EST)

Description

AI Governance and Guardrails

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the workplace, but successful adoption starts long before the first tool is implemented.

In this Excellence Exchange, you'll hear how one organization built a strong foundation for AI by prioritizing governance, security, and clear communication with leadership and employees before deployment. Learn why establishing guardrails early is critical to managing risk, building trust, and creating a sustainable AI strategy.

The conversation will also explore how that foundation enabled enterprise-wide AI adoption, with real-world examples of how AI is being used across the organization to drive efficiency, support employees, and create business value. Attendees will leave with practical insights on how to prepare their own organizations for responsible, scalable AI implementation.
