EDC Lancaster County and the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board partnered to conduct an analysis of labor force trends in Lancaster County, analyzing broader labor market trends and key data points from the past year. Attendees can expect an analysis of labor supply, employment figures, unemployment data, and critical labor challenges prevalent in key industry sectors. The primary objective is to broaden understanding of Lancaster County's workforce landscape while identifying subtle trends or signals that could be overlooked otherwise. The presentation and discussion will offer valuable insights tailored for local policymakers and employers, empowering them to make well-informed decisions regarding workforce development and workplace initiatives.
