ROOT- Your Personal Masterplan: Mastering the Art of Strategic Self-Investment
Your career and well-being aren’t competing priorities - they’re the same design project. Using principles from design and architecture, this session reframes success as strategic self-investment, showing how resilience and longevity are built through intentional habits and mindset, not quick fixes. Attendees will explore a five-part “architectural” plan - foundation, boundaries, zoning, systems, and purpose - to create a high-performing life designed for sustained success and personal fulfillment.
Reesy Neff
Owner at Omega ECycles
ROOT- Stripping Off Labels: Reclaiming Your Identity and Your Power
We all carry labels - some chosen, some inherited, and some that quietly limit how we show up in our lives and work. Through storytelling, reflection, and honest conversation, participants will explore how old narratives, titles, and expectations shape confidence and direction - and how to replace them with labels rooted in purpose, authenticity, and resilience. The session supports mental well-being and long-term growth by strengthening inner voice, grounding habits, and emotional resilience.

Sprout: Rooted & Rising: Navigating Your Role and Growing Your Network
Growth doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens when you’re rooted in who you are and connected to the right people. This session supports emerging and evolving professionals as they navigate their roles, build meaningful networks, and approach career transitions with clarity and intention. Attendees will leave with practical tools to strengthen their presence, expand their connections, and confidently step into what’s next.

Sprout: Reinventing Yourself Again and Again: How to Grow Without a Perfect Plan
Careers aren’t meant to be perfectly mapped—they’re built through curiosity, courage, and a willingness to evolve. This session reframes professional growth as an ongoing process of reinvention, showing how unexpected opportunities can lead to meaningful influence and fulfillment. Attendees will learn how to navigate change with confidence, leverage natural strengths, and use curiosity as a strategic tool for long-term career growth.

Bloom: The Heroine’s Journey in Action: Using Storytelling to Build Community
This keynote uses the Heroine’s Journey to support women who already work in community-facing roles, as well as, women who want to become more engaged through volunteering or civic involvement. The session blends guided reflection and paired conversations to show how personal storytelling builds trust and invites participation within your communities. Participants learn how to share stories that strengthen connections and motivate others whether you’re trying to raise funds for a new playground, invite folks to a charity event, or hoping to form a book club.

Women’s Business Center Manager at ASSETS
Bloom: Sisterhood in Action: Building Networks of Mutual Support
Sisterhood is more than friendship—it’s a network of mentors, champions, and peers who support, advocate for, and lift each other up. This session explores how women can build and sustain intentional, mutually beneficial relationships, create their own “board of personal advisors,” and foster a community that amplifies leadership and growth. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to collaborate over competition, access new opportunities, and strengthen the networks that fuel both personal and professional success.
