Thank you so much for your interest in serving as a mentor for the Lancaster Chamber's Discovering Paths program. If you have received notice that you have been accepted and paired with a student for 2026-2027, finalize your registration via payment and sign up for a mentor orientation session! 

What is Discovering Paths? 

Discovering Paths inspires, guides, and empowers high school juniors as they consider their next steps. For seventeen years, Discovering Paths has strengthened pathways for students within the Lancaster community through positive one-on-one mentoring relationships with professionals across Lancaster County, critical business and industry connections, and experiential learning.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING AND SELECTING YOUR MENTOR ORIENTATION SESSION

Mentor Orientation is REQUIRED for ALL MENTORS.

1. Select register at the top right corner of this screen.

2. Enter your contact information.

3. Select your registration option.

4. Under registration information, after entering attendee contact details, select ONE Mentor Orientation Session you are able to attend.
