Keynote Speaker: Kyle Amor

Kyle Amor, better known to many as Primo, is a leader in strategic sourcing, DEI&B catalyst, ERG champion, and community improvement advocate. He is a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Arconic; a leader in global aluminum solutions and develops, implements, and sustains procurement best practices in Lancaster and across areas of North America. In addition to his work at Arconic, He is also the Chairman for the Executive Board of Directors at SACA; A community partner that uplifts and restores marginalized communities through human, economic, and social services, while supporting cultural identities. He also serves as a board member for the Tec Centro Work Force Network and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology alumni association. He brings a tenured experience in strategic planning and leadership, organizational management, emotional intelligence, community engagement, and intersectional team leadership.

Born and raised in Lancaster, His parents migrated to the area from Puerto Rico. In his free time, He enjoys staying active by training jiu-jitsu and other combat sports, golfing, being outdoors, spending time with his family and French Bulldog Jerome, and exploring the arts.
