For more than 40 years the Lancaster Chamber has hosted an annual Agriculture Industry Banquet – bringing together the region’s top leaders in the agricultural industry. From agribusiness to producers, from insurance to parts & equipment – the Ag Industry Banquet has become a celebration of agriculture as one of Lancaster County’s top economic drivers and showcases not only the elements to be celebrated, but often, plays as an inspirational or learning experience for attendees and an opportunity to elevate the agribusiness network that makes Lancaster so unique.

About Larry Weaver Larry Weaver is a globally recognized stand-up comedian and motivational speaker known for his clean humor and inspiring message. He has shared the stage with Faith Hill, Chris Rock, and “Weird Al” Yankovic, delivered keynotes for Fortune 500 companies, and been featured on Comedy Central, Dry Bar Comedy, and SiriusXM. Larry has spoken to audiences from around the world, blending humor, heartfelt insight, and practical strategies to help people manage stress, embrace change, and stay motivated. ANNOUNCING: 2025 GEORGE C. DELP AWARD

Mary Henry is a lifelong champion of Lancaster County agriculture and a respected leader in equipment and agribusiness. Growing up on her grandparents’ farm and traveling with her father — a DHIA technician for more than 50 years — she developed a deep appreciation for farmers and the vital role they play.

Mary began her career at Farm Credit, where she spent 25 years supporting farmers and agribusinesses across the region. She led the creation and long-term management of the Farm Credit Express program, strengthening financial access and partnership opportunities for equipment dealerships throughout the Northeast.

She now serves as Corporate Sales Manager at Messick Farm Equipment, leading sales across all locations and helping guide strategic growth. Mary is known for blending deep agricultural knowledge with strong relationship-building, positioning Messick’s as one of the region’s most trusted equipment partners.

Beyond her professional work, Mary is deeply engaged in the agricultural community. She is a founding member and past Chair of the Lancaster County Ag Council and currently serves as 1st Vice President of PennAg Industries, a role that will transition to President in 2026. She has been recognized by CNH Industrial for her contributions to Pennsylvania agriculture and played a key role in organizing the equipment parade celebrating Messick’s move from Elizabethtown to Mount Joy.

Mary’s commitment extends to her local community through Chestnut Level Church, where she serves in the music ministry and previously served on the Board of Elders. She holds a degree from Shippensburg University and has completed top honors programs at ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Wharton School of Business – Leadership Development, Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking, Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending, and graduate work in sales management at UVA Darden School of Business.

Mary’s passion for agriculture is rooted in people — the farmers, families, and businesses that sustain the industry and community she loves.
