Lancaster Chamber’s 153rd Annual Dinner

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION:
Price: $250/ticket
(You can purchase one ticket, multiple tickets, or a table of 10. See below instructions. A table of 10 will be $2,500)
Note: Seating for the event is assigned, and done by purchase date and time - so don't wait to get your tickets!
For a quick and efficient registration process, be sure to be logged into your Chamber Membership Hub. If you do not have login information, please set that up now! If you have difficulties setting up an account, contact info@lancasterchamber.com.
You will pick from one of the below registration options.
- Registration for the 153rd Annual Dinner - this option is for single tickets up to 9 tickets. Please use the below option for tables of 10.
- Table of 10 – this option automatically selects 10 tickets (a full table). It will require you to put in one guest name per 10 tickets you order. You can switch this name out after purchase. You will not need all guest information when you register, but we will ask for guest information to be May 30th!
Additional Information:
- You will know if your order went through if you receive an automatic confirmation email. Please check your junk folder to be sure it didn't land there.
- If you purchase the tickets, you are the main contact for the event, and will have access to managing the ticket purchase in your membership hub, including guest information.
- You can also edit your guest information in your membership hub > events > search for the 153rd Annual Dinner > click on the event > click on update registration.
- If you are entering guest information when you register, you will be prompted to note any dietary restrictions. We'll also follow up with registered guests to ensure dietary needs are met.

PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION:
Payment Policy: The preferred method of payment is by using our online registration system and entering credit card information. To pay by invoice, you must contact annualdinner@lancasterchamber.com to request an invoice. Your tickets are not secured until we receive payment.
Refunds: Annual Dinner Ticket Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. After 48 hours, all sales are final. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest.
If the registration is not canceled, canceled after the deadline, or no one attended the event in the place of the original registrant, it is considered a “no show” and payment is still required.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: How many people are seated at a table?
A: There are 10 tickets/seats at each table. If you order less than 10 tickets, you will be seated with other guests! What a great networking opportunity!
Q: What is the attire for the evening?
A: We recommend business formal, gala style, or cocktail attire for the Annual Dinner.
Q: What comes with my purchased ticket?
A: When you purchase a ticket – you have access and two drink tickets to be used at our Gala Reception (4pm – 6 pm), a delicious dinner prepared by the Lancaster County Convention Center, complimentary wine for the table AND the opportunity to hear from an incredible speaker, watch four Lancaster leaders be recognized and network with our local business community!
