An additional fee of $50 per hour, or any part thereof, will apply on weekdays for usage before 8:00 AM or after 4:00 PM. Advance arrangements are required. Please note that the start and end times you select indicate the period during which your group will have access to the room, including any presenters, caterers, or staff setting up prior to your meeting, as well as cleanup time afterward.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if cancellations are made more than five business days prior to the scheduled date.

Meeting Room Usage: I acknowledge that the meeting rooms are to be used solely for business purposes. I agree to return all areas to their original configuration and to dispose of trash and recyclables in the provided receptacles. In the event of any damage during occupancy, I will immediately report it to the Front Desk Coordinator. I understand that I am responsible for the rented area and any damages incurred. If the space is not left in the condition described above, an additional $200 fee will be charged.
