Do you have any new hires, role changes, or departures? At the end of this form, you will be able to upload an updated employee list that includes employee names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses

Log into your membership hub account and update your employee list (Click on My Info and then Related Contacts tab to view and edit your employee lists).
