Organizations reserve their copy of the Lancaster County Wage & Benefits Report in advance and contribute their data to help build the final benchmarking report.

As a contributor to this year's survey, you'll gain immediate access to complete the survey through our new platform. The insights and benchmarks included in the final report are built from data submitted by participating organizations across Lancaster County, creating a valuable resource for employers across our community.

After the survey closes and the data is analyzed, participants who complete the survey will automatically receive the final Wage & Benefits Report—no additional steps required.
