Katie Roering is the founder of Fontana Candle Company, a brand rooted in a commitment to clean, non-toxic living. What began as a personal search for safer home products quickly evolved into a mission-driven business focused on transparency and quality ingredients.

She will be joining us to share her journey of building Fontana into a trusted, purpose-driven brand, offering insight into entrepreneurship, growth, and staying true to your values along the way.

Katie Roering is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Fontana Candle Company, a Lancaster-based manufacturer on a mission to bring clean, transparent products into everyday homes. What began as a small, at-home hobby with her husband has grown into one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, earning a place on the Inc. 5000 list.

At Fontana, Katie leads brand strategy, product development, and marketing, helping build a company known for its commitment to ingredient transparency and MADE SAFE® certified products. She is deeply passionate about wellness and believes that businesses have a responsibility to create products that are both effective and safe for families.

Katie is also an Inc.com contributor, where she writes about authenticity in marketing and building meaningful connections with customers. Her leadership is rooted in authenticity: she builds for a customer she understands personally, creating a strong connection between the brand and its community. As Fontana continues to scale, she remains focused on maintaining that mission-driven foundation while navigating the challenges of rapid growth, team leadership, and building a business that lasts.
