Before sustainability was in vogue, Jim McKeown, a 40+ year baking industry veteran, was looking for ways to make his EHS department a revenue generator for his organization. Join us to learn how you can put Jim’s three-legged stool of sustainability to work for you and your company.

Meet the Speaker!

Jim joined Entech Engineering after a 40+ year career in the baking industry, beginning with Maier’s Baking Company and Weston Foods and ending his career directing energy, environment, and sustainability for the world’s largest bakery. During this time, he held various positions, from production and plant manager to corporate food safety and distribution lead, then director of environmental compliance and sustainability.
