This summer, we're hosting regional meetings designed to bring together local business professionals for meaningful conversations about the workforce challenges impacting Lancaster County. You’re invited to attend one or both sessions, either in the Northeast/Northwest region or the Central/South &East region.

You’ll hear up-to-date analysis from the EDC of Lancaster County and the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board, including the trends shaping hiring, retention, and talent availability. The insights shared will help inform your business on decisions around hiring, workforce development, and long-term planning. Most importantly, these sessions are built for discussion, so bring your questions and ideas!
