Description


This South & East Regional Meeting will focus on economic development activity across the region, with a spotlight on the ongoing evolution of the Shops @ Rockvale and surrounding commercial areas.

Attendees will hear directly from representatives of the Shops @ Rockvale, who will share insights into the vision for the property, current redevelopment efforts, and what’s ahead for the site as it continues to reposition within the region’s retail and tourism landscape.

The conversation will also touch on broader economic development activity in the area, including local business improvement efforts and how public and private partners are working together to support growth and long-term investment in the South & East Region.

This session will provide valuable perspective on how these projects are shaping business activity and economic momentum in one of the County’s most active commercial corridors.


What are the Regional Meetings? The Regional Meeting program explores opportunities and challenges on a hyper-local level, with business leaders having the chance to weigh in on pressing topics. Each session highlights a different area of the county, including the Northeast, Northwest, Central, and South & East regions.

All Regional Meetings are free and open to the public, and each event is hosted by a member business within the featured region. Whether you're a business professional, community leader, or smart growth advocate, these sessions are an opportunity for you to help shape the direction of Lancaster County.
