Melissa Jeanes, Leadership Coach and Consultant 

Melissa Jeanes is a leadership coach and consultant who helps leaders develop both the inner game and the outer game of leadership. She partners with individuals and organizations to deepen self-awareness, connect with what matters most, and build on their natural strengths. Melissa holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University and is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner, and Presence-Based Coach, with experience across education, nonprofits, professional services, and family businesses.
