Meet the speaker:

Russell T. Leshinski, PA-C, is the principal member of Rustrial Medical Services, a concierge Industrial/Occupational Medicine practice. Russ and Dr. Robert J. Hynick share a combined 60+ years of experience and have performed tens of thousands of pre-employment assessments, DOT physicals, substance abuse screens, and workers’ compensation evaluations for numerous employers across an 18-county area of Pennsylvania.

Russ focuses on the prevention of workers’ compensation injuries through onsite ergonomic evaluations and pre-employment risk assessments, and providing the most successful resolutions for his patients while balancing the mindfulness of OSHA recordability and upholding the highest regard of medical ethics and the medical standard of care. As a practicing clinician, Russ has extensive experience in pre-employment risk mitigation, drug testing, DOT compliance, fitness for duty evaluations, FMLA evaluations, as well as the prevention, treatment, and management of injuries that arise in the workplace. Russ is currently certified by the FMCSA to perform DOT physicals in compliance with the National Registry of Certified Medical Providers since its inception in 2014.

Over the past 21 years, Russ has provided occupational health services for a broad range of business partners including construction services, heavy and lean manufacturing, healthcare, long term care facilities, theme parks, the oil and gas industry, warehousing, trucking, hospitality, banking, salvage/waste management, retail, corrections, food service, school districts, institutions of higher learning, and governmental agencies—through multiple mediums: Occupational Medicine, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics.

Russ has extensive experience as a manager of risk and a provider from an employer’s perspective. He managed occupational health clinics and also lived in the role of a multi-site facility director, which primarily encompassed treating patients in the clinic, as well as growing the business and managing the daily operations of multiple traditional outpatient clinic-based practices. Rustrial Medical Services offers a new service line of occupational medicine—right at the job site.

Boxed lunches are provided.
